Happy birthday, darling

A stop-motion-film of the film noir genre.
The directors and producers Maria Scarcello and Markus BŁttner worked for two years on this film. I composed music for this exciting and thrilling 20-minute film. Premiered in  Cinestar Dortmund (2011-01-11).

Total Running Time: 29 minutes 23 seconds.
Instrumental Treason presents the night a large portion of a symphony orchestra mutinies against the conductor and his faithful musicians. This film contains no dialogue; all action is depicted through the playing of the instruments and the juxtaposition of images. The score is original.

The music consists of four movements. Ben Wolfe, a composer and jazz bass player from New York City, wrote the music of the 4th movement.
